ARLINGTON, Wash. — Police seized military-style firearms from a neo-Nazi in Arlington in an “extreme risk protection order.”

KING-5 reports prosecutors and the FBI convinced a judge Thursday that “Kaleb Cole poses a serious threat to public safety.”

Last month, officers seized five military-style rifles and other guns from Cole, the suspected leader of The Atomwaffen Division in Washington, that gets inspiration from Adolph Hitler and Charles Manson and whose members are arming themselves and training for a race war.

The Seattle FBI came to the Seattle/King County Regional Firearms Enforcement Unit to carry out an “extreme risk protection order” on Cole, since the federal government can’t do it themselves.
