BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Hordes of costumed trick-or-treaters will be on local streets Thursday to celebrate Halloween.
The annual Downtown Bellingham Trick-or-Treat event will take place from 3-5 PM and more than 100 businesses throughout the area will be handing out candy.
The RE Store will host “trick or treat in the Fountain District” from 2:30 to 5:30 PM in the Columbia, Cornwall Park and Lettered Streets neighborhoods.
Businesses in Fairhaven will be welcoming trick-or-treaters from 3-6.
Trick-or-treaters are sure to be out all evening, so drivers are urged to use extra caution, especially after dark.
