An app offers elementary families at Bellingham schools a window into the classroom with virtual school records that demonstrate student growth. Bellingham Schools Director of Teaching and Learning for Technology Integration Bill Palmer says the app gives teachers a way to open their classroom and the learning inside it to families. It helps students take an active part of their work and encourages interactive discussions.
