SPOKANE, Wash. — A Richland man convicted of producing and distributing child pornography was sentenced to 25-years in prison.
The Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement joined with other law enforcement to investigate a ring of men who were drugging teen boys, having sex with them and creating child pornography of them.
Ryan Wade Alexander was arrested after investigators found he would manipulate and groom boys, getting them to send him explicit photos and sell marijuana for him.
He was found in the Tri-Cities after fleeing Oregon where he had separate child porn charges against him.
After seeing violent and sexual images found on Alexander’s devices of teens, toddlers and infants, the judge called him “a monster.”
