BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The first-responder procession to honor Police Chief Michael Knapp has been set.
The Bellingham Police Department says it will begin at the Phillips 66 Soccer Fields on Northwest at 11:30 a.m. this Wednesday.
It will progress east on Smith Road then south on the Guide Meridian to Christ the King Church in Bellingham for a memorial service.
