BLAINE, Wash. — The Port of Bellingham just completed a new public waterfront trail along the Blaine Marina.
It connects the seasonal public restrooms near the boat launch with the Blaine Harbor promenade near Gate 1.
The trail was installed as part of the new web locker project on Milhollin Drive and has a compacted gravel surface, landscaping, and lighting.
The project also includes storm water improvements for the entire web locker area.
