BURLINGTON, Wash. — A pedestrian was struck and killed while she was crossing the street in Burlington Wednesday.
The State Patrol says the 62-year-old Mount Vernon woman was not in a crosswalk when she crossed Burlington Boulevard at about 5 PM and was hit by an oncoming car.
She died at the scene.
The Burlington driver was not hurt.
