BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham’s Scottish Gathering will have a new location this year.
The Scottish Dance Society announced that the Bellingham Scottish Gathering will take place at the North Bellingham Golf Course this June after celebrating the event at Hovander Homestead Park for the last two years.
The SDS says the move is a good thing that will enhance the future of the annual festival.
With an increased capacity for guests and activities, the organization plans to add a golf competition to the event while using the fields surrounding the course for other activities.
