BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Whatcom County now has three deaths attributed to the flu this season.
The County Health Department reports 10 more cases of the flu were confirmed in the week ending January 18th and 10 people were hospitalized for it.
So far this flu season, 36 people have died in Washington.
The influenza B strain continues to be the most prevalent.
