BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Alaska ferry sailings from Bellingham have been pushed back by more mechanical problems.
The Alaska Marine Highway System says the earliest sailing from Bellingham will be March 2nd while the MV/Matanuska undergoes repairs.
The ferry is headed to dry dock in Ketchikan for inspection and repairs to its gear system.
Passengers are being notified and rebooked as necessary.
