BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Updated Special Election results are in.

Margins are getting thinner, but still, all but one replacement levy in Whatcom County are passing.

The Ferndale School District School Programs and Operations Replacement Levy is currently failing with 56 percent of voters turning it down.

Replacement levies in the Bellingham School District are passing with wide margins, but it’s a closer call in Lynden where the district’s Educational Programs and Operations replacement levy is passing by only 7%.

Voters are approving levies in the Meridian, Blaine, Mount Baker, and Nooksack Valley School Districts.

A levy for maintenance, facilities, and operations at Fire Protection District 8 is also passing by a wide margin.
