BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Activities at the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center in Bellingham are being sharply cut back.
The Parks and Recreation Department says all instructional programs and recreational and open swim times are cancelled.
The center is still open for lap swim and private swim team events.
The Department is also curtailing most sports leagues and other events through April.
