WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – A third case of COVID-19 illness has been confirmed in Whatcom County.
The Whatcom County Health Department announced Sunday that the illness caused by the coronavirus has been confirmed in a woman in her 20’s.
Two previously confirmed cases involved women in their 40’s and 60’s.
The department hasn’t released anymore information about the latest case, but says people whom all three women may have come into contact with are being sought.
No deaths have been reported locally and 111 people have tested negative for the illness.
