BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The county is taking steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Whatcom County has announced that they will shift to a more remote approach to provide public services and limit in-person interaction with the public.
The county says many offices can provide essential services through the web, email, and telephone.
They plan to limit as many in-person services as possible starting Wednesday.
