FERNDALE, Wash. — Cherry Point refineries are stepping up to assist the new Whatcom County command coordinated response to COVID-19.
Phillips 66 Ferndale and BP Cherry point have each given $60,000 toward software at the emergency operations facility, a unified command website, and volunteer training.
