BURLINGTON, Wash. — A hotel in Burlington is providing temporary housing to first responders and healthcare workers responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports the Fairfield Inn and Suites offered to host personnel who wish to stay separate from their families on the first floor of the hotel at a reduced rate.
The Washington State Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 18 is putting together kits with a few days worth of food and basic supplies for anyone staying at the hotel.
