FERNDALE, Wash. — Work on the Thornton Street Overpass in Ferndale will go on as planned.
The City of Ferndale says construction could begin as early as this week.
The overpass project has been determined to be an essential project not subject to the Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy order.
The City is anticipating a 3-year construction period, with completion estimated in 2023.
