OLYMPIA, Wash. — A new report suggests COVID-19 activity has peaked in Washington state.

State Health Officer Dr. Kathy Lofy at a telebriefing Tuesday said the peak likely occurred around the end of March with cases beginning to decline in April.

But she said that doesn’t necessarily mean the pandemic is over.
