OLYMPIA, Wash. — Governor Inslee announced a plan Friday to help restart the construction industry in Washington.
He says talks between his office, local leaders and the construction industry produced the plan that puts restrictions in place before work can resume.
Work sites will have to post all the actual work being done, and a plan to contain any coronavirus outbreak must be in place.
He says projects that can meet the restrictions can begin right away.
Inslee says he doesn’t have a timeline on when other industries will be able to re-open.
