FERNDALE, Wash. — The City of Ferndale is memorializing the COVID-19 experience in a novel way — it is putting together a time capsule.
The City is collecting mementos and contributions from the public to be placed in a quick-release time capsule that will be opened at the completion of the Thornton Overpass pre-loading process in about 18 months.
Donations can be physical or digital items that help commemorate the COVID-19 experience, and must be received by 5pm May 8th.
