Despite missing signs, playgrounds still closed

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Even if you find the caution tape gone, the playground at your local park is still closed.

Interim Bellingham Parks and Recreation Director Nicole Oliver says they’ve had reports of tape and warning signs missing from some park facilities.

She asks that users continue to follow the guidance so parks themselves can remain open.
