OLYMPIA, Wash. — In response to the impacts of COVID-19, the State Department of Commerce is providing free temporary, emergency internet access for Washingtonians who do not have broadband service to their homes.
Access to Drive-In WiFi Hotspots is available to all residents with specific emphasis on remote learning for students.
This service can also be used for job searches, telehealth, telework, unemployment filing, and census participation.
Commerce asks those using the sites to follow social distancing requirements.
