SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) — Sea-Tac is beginning to require passengers and workers to wear face masks to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

The Seattle Times reports the requirement will also apply to airport workers, including Port of Seattle employees, and visitors who aren’t flying.

Very young children as well as people who can’t tolerate facial coverings for medical reasons will be exempt.

The requirement is set to begin on May 18.
