BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Some local restaurants who were forced to close their doors at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic are opening back up for to-go orders.
Scotty Browns in Barkley Village is back, offering takeout daily from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Taco Lobo in downtown Bellingham has also re-opened.
They are accepting orders from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Restaurants in counties still in phase 1 of Governor Inslee’s “Safe Start” plan are only open for to-go or delivery orders.
