OLYMPIA, Wash. — Libraries and drive-in movie theaters can open up in Phase 2, with some restrictions.

Governor Jay Inslee issued more guidance for businesses to open amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Libraries will be permitted to provide limited services by supplying items through the mail or via curbside pick-up.

Drive-in theaters can operate after they adopt a written procedure establishing COVID-19 safety and health requirements.
