WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – Bus service in Whatcom County will be slow through the summer.
Whatcom Transportation Authority implemented a temporary service reduction in March due to the coronavirus pandemic, offering a Saturday level of service on weekdays and a Sunday level of service on weekends.
That’s to allow extra time to keep buses and facilities clean and safe for riders.
WTA announced June 15th that this service reduction will continue until September 20, 2020.
