PUYALLUP, Wash. — For the first time since World War II, the Washington state fair has been cancelled.
Fair officials announced that they are cancelling this year’s event in Puyallup due to the coronavirus pandemic.
They say the potential limitations brought on by the necessary social distancing would hinder the fun event.
They plan to put on a great Fair next summer instead.
