BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A 20-year old crematory furnace malfunctioned and burned Friday morning.
The Bellingham Herald reports aside from furnace room itself. the crematorium building at the back of the cemetery at Northwest Drive and West Axton Road wasn’t damaged.
John Moles, owner of Moles Farewell Tributes at Greenacres Memorial Park, told the paper there were no injuries.
