OLYMPIA, Wash. — The state Department of Health has launched a survey to better understand the impacts of COVID-19 on Washington residents.

The Community Recovery-Oriented Needs Assessment, or the CORONA survey, is an effort to assess the behavioral, economic, social, and emotional impacts and the needs of communities across the state resulting from the pandemic.

All residents are invited to participate.

Each week, three participants will get $100 to Amazon as a thank you.
