BELLEVUE, Wash. — Puget Sound Energy has been able to assist more than 10,000 customers during the COVID-19 pandemic and are looking to help even more.
Since April, PSE’s Crisis Affected Customer Assistance Program has provided $6 million in energy bill credits to customers who have lost their job, had their hours decreased, or are unable to work due to COVID.
PSE says it still has $5 million in available funds, and will continue to accept new applications until September 1.
Assistance is also available from the PSE HELP program.
Customers can qualify for both programs if they meet income requirements.
