MILL CREEK, Wash. — Four people, including two from Mount Vernon, were injured in a two-car crash Tuesday afternoon east of Mill Creek .
The State Patrol says 23-year Steven R Weaver of Mount Vernon drove his Nissan across the center line on state route 96, hitting a car with two Mill Creek residents head on.
Troopers say the cause was DUI.
Weaver was taken to Harborview for his injuries.
His passenger, 30-year old Emma Adams, also of Mount Vernon, was transported to Providence in Everett, along with the passengers of the other car.
