BLAINE, Wash. — The Blaine School District’s Board of Directors has voted to start schools with remote learning this fall.
In a message Friday, Superintendent Dr. Christopher Granger said when it becomes possible, the plan is to bring small groups of students who require specialized instruction and services to the buildings.
He said prior work developing a hybrid approach may be useful in a possible future phased-in re-opening of the schools.
