BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Whatcom Unified command is looking for more volunteers to assist their COVID-19 response efforts.
Help is needed in areas of phone support, test site traffic control, food bank stocking, food box delivery, and licensed medical support.
Many local organizations who had loaned employees for these purposes have had to recall them, creating the need to recruit additional volunteers.
Interested persons can offer help by visiting the Whatcom Unified Command Facebook page or going to WUC’s volunteer page.
