A new restaurant is opening up in Bellingham called Carnal. The chefs met while opening a restaurant in New York City. They created one of the top grossing food stands at a well-known food market in Brooklyn where there most popular item was a slow cooked beef short rib, which will be at the new restaurant in Bellingham. One of the chefs, James Zamory, talks with Tessa about how they got their start.
