SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) — The University of Washington says 117 positive COVID-19 cases have been confirmed among nearly a dozen sororities and fraternities in Seattle.
A university spokesperson says university organizations and Public Health – Seattle & King County are working to ensure residents and others who visit the houses are taking steps to contain the outbreak.
They say they are “strongly” encouraging all members of UW’s Greek community currently in Seattle to get tested for COVID-19.
