BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Ballots continue to pour in for next Tuesday’s general election.

The Whatcom County Auditor says that, as of yesterday morning, her office has already received nearly 83,000 ballots.

But voters who want to make sure their ballot has been accepted should double check the site’s web address.

The Office of the Secretary of State has reported the votewashington.info website to cybersecurity officials as it is not an official site from their office.

The office says the website is not a source of verifiable election information and voters should not rely on it.

The correct and official site to visit for accurate voter information is VoteWA.gov.

Statewide, more than half of Washington state’s 4.8 million voters have already cast their votes, with four counties already exceeding 60% of ballots returned.
