BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Persons who need to register to vote or access a ballot in-person can do that during an extended opening tomorrow in Bellingham.
The Whatcom County Auditor’s office says The Election Division will be open Saturday, October 31 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm to facilitate in-person registrations or to access a ballot.
Mask wearing and social distancing will be required.
