BELLINGHAM, Wash. — L&I fined three trampoline parks in Washington for violating Inslee’s original Safe Start proclamation.
That includes Summit Trampoline Park in Bellingham who faces a fine of more than $9,000.
The department says the businesses are considered entertainment or recreation facilities and are not allowed to be open during phase two of the Safe Start order.
Summit Trampoline Park did reopen August 12, while Whatcom County was in phase two.
The business has appealed L&I’s citation.
