BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police Chief David Doll is retiring.
He began his law enforcement career as a 17-year-old volunteer Explorer/Cadet with the Bellingham Department and became a police officer in 1984 at age 21.
Doll has served in many roles, including chief for the past three years.
His last day on the job will be January 4th.
