OLYMPIA, Wash. — The statewide eviction moratorium has been extended.
In a press conference Wednesday, Governor Jay Inslee announced that the moratorium has been extended to March 31.
The current moratorium was set to expire on December 31.
Inslee stated that additional details and a full announcement will come next week.
The eviction moratorium prevents rent increases and tenants from being evicted due to non-payment.
