FERNDALE, Wash. — The City of Ferndale has a full roster of city council members again.
A seat was vacated with the resignation of Ramon Llanos.
At is regular meeting last night, five candidates made their case to be appointed to the remainder of his term.
Former council candidate Maralise Fegan was appointed to serve until the 2021 general election.
She has been already serving on the Ferndale City Planning Commission.
