BLAINE, Wash. — Three people are in Whatcom County Jail after leading officers on a high-speed chase following a Blaine burglary.
Police say Dillon Wilson and accomplices Brandi Sestrom and Cory Mezo fled a commercial burglary in progress after an officer arrived on the scene Wednesday morning just after midnight.
Wilson then led authorities on a high speed chase south down I-5 at speeds hitting 117 miles an hour.
The trio exited I-5 at Grandview and got stuck in a yard on Conifer Drive.
Wilson ran away and was later caught on foot, while Sestrom and Mezo were captured at the car.
Wilson was charged with eluding a police vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
Al three have been charged with multiple burglary counts.
