BLAINE, Wash. — A Blaine man was booked into Whatcom County jail after alleged domestic violence late last week.
Blaine police say 42-year-old Michael John Starr left the scene last Thursday night after an alleged physical assault on his wife at their home on D Street.
The victim was contacted by police at her neighbor’s house, after which Starr returned and he was interviewed by officers.
Blaine PD Sergeant Michael Munden says Starr was then arrested on probable cause for 4th degree assault, interfering with reporting an incident of domestic violence, and one other charge.
