BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A robbery suspect who was on the loose briefly yesterday in Bellingham is now back in custody.
The Bellingham Police Department posted that 56-year-old Craig Wise robbed a local establishment and pepper sprayed loss prevention on March 5.
He escaped custody when he was taken to the ER for a medical evaluation.
Wise had been previously convicted of setting two fires in November 2019 that were determined to be arson as reported by the Bellingham Herald at the time.
