BELLINGHAM, Wash. — COVID vaccine supplies continue to fluctuate with Whatcom County expecting to see less this week
The Whatcom County Health Department expects to receive almost 2400 first doses and 2600 second doses this week.
First doses will include 1200 of the new Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which only requires one shot.
Whatcom County received over 11,000 first doses last week.
Workers in some high risk settings including grocery stores, food processors, public transit and agriculture will be the next in line for a vaccine.
The governor’s timeline makes them eligible March 22nd.
