Skagit Transit introduces real-time bus tracking

MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — Skagit Transit is introducing a new feature to make riding the bus more convenient.

Riders are now be able to get real-time bus arrival information on all of Skagit Transit’s bus routes.

Riders can access bus tracking in several ways: using a smartphone app called Umo, via texting, using a map on Skagit Transit’s website or via an info kiosk at Skagit Station.

The app also provides real-time bus tracking for all the transit agencies in the Puget Sound area.
