MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — A public utility in Seattle has submitted a revised study plan to relicense its dams on the Skagit River.

Seattle City Light says it has broadened its study plan in response to requests from the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe.

The utility originally proposed 24 studies for the relicensing.

Now, it has increased the number to 33 studies.

They include impacts to endangered and threatened marine life.
