PORT ANGELES, Wash. — An 8-year-old Port Angeles boy was rushed to the hospital after apparently ingesting his mother’s LSD.
The woman called 911 Monday evening to report her son was “tripping” in the living room.
KOMO reports she told police that the boy had apparently found the drug she had hidden in the freezer.
Medics rushed the boy to a Port Angeles hospital where deputies said he was conscious but wasn’t able to respond to deputies attempts to ask him what happened.
The boy was flown to a children’s hospital in Tacoma to be monitored.
Child Protective Services plans to investigate.
