FERNDALE, Wash. — Utility customers in Ferndale will soon have a new, more convenient way to pay their bills.
The City of Ferndale is activating a new online utility billing portal that will be free to use beginning June 1st.
It will allow customers to receive their utility bill via email and then pay online.
Customers can also set up bill reminders and pay by text through the online portal.
Those who wish to stick to paper bills and check payments can still send payments to the City as usual.
