OLYMPIA, Wash. – A judge has shot down an effort to recall Governor Inslee over his handling of the pandemic.
KOMO reports the judge found the charges in the petition to be “legally and factually insufficient.”
A group calling itself Washingtonians to Recall Inslee had claimed in the petition that Inslee interfered with their right to assemble, work freely, practice their religion and make their own medical decisions.
Inslee was reelected by a wide margin last November.
